Allows you to tithe a user set % of your profit to the guild bank.

1) user can enable/disable this plugin.
2) user can set % to donate to the guild banking system.
3) when items are sold, % of the profit deposited into the guild bank.
4) baseline level is if your credits is under this amount it will not tithe
