This plugin will restrict your turbo to within 160m/s.
Command:
/escort_turbo - this will toggle the restriction on and off and works great with a hands free turbo bind
Fixed in 0.2:
Sometimes when disabling turbo your brakes would get stuck on

Plugin works again, just changed it from using +Brake 1/0 to +turbo 1/0
