Works like +turbo (press to turbo, release to stop turboing), unless you double-tap it. When double-tapped, it locks turbo until the next time you press it.
Bind it like so:
/bind <key> +taplockturbo
For example, if you want to use it on the Tab key:
/bind Tab +taplockturbo
You can adjust the maximum delay between taps with the /taplockturbo command. For example, to set it to require no more than a quarter second between taps, use:
/taplockturbo 250
Running the command with no number will display the help message as well as the currently set delay.
